Deecommercial-buildings-dp Energy Retrofit - Deep Energy Retrofit buildings will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40% or more through HVAC electrification, building shell or ventilation upgrades, and other tailored solutions. In addition to existing energy efficiency program incentives, your business will receive an additional $1/sq ft upon DER achievement.

MassSAVE (Electric) - Commercial New Construction/Major Renovation Program - A variety of incentives toward the purchase and installation of specialty equipment, including, but not limited to, compressed air systems, laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, and more.

Small Business Assessments - No-cost in-person assessments, as well as a limited number of remote virtual assessments, for small businesses using less than 1.5 million kWh in annual electric usage or less than 40,000 therms annually on natural gas bills.

Reading Municipal Light Department

Commercial Custom Rebate Program - To promote energy efficiency, electrification, and reduced net carbon emissions, the RMLD offers rebates to qualifying non-residential customers who install ENERGY STAR rated or other high-energy efficient custom equipment within their facility that will result in net energy savings and/or demand reduction.

Commercial Electric Vehicle Charger Rebate Program -  To promote electrification and reduce net carbon emissions, RMLD offers a rebate to non-residential customers who install electric vehicle (EV) chargers at their facility within RMLD’s service territory.

Commercial Solar Rebate Program - o reduce net carbon emissions and fulfill compliance obligations, the RMLD offers rebates to qualifying non-residential customers who install grid-connected solar systems at their facility that is 20 kilowatts (kW) or greater in size.

Clean Energy Fund - Capitalized at over $10 Million, CDFA’s Clean Energy Fund merges four individual revolving loan funds dedicated to financing energy-efficiency improvements and clean / renewable energy initiatives into a single program and application process providing low-interest loans along with energy technical assistance and project funding guidance.

Liberty

Large Business Programs - The Large Business program is designed for business customers with an average monthly demand of 200 kW or larger to help with the purchase of energy efficient equipment as part of a new construction or renovation project, a process expansion, replacement of equipment that has reached its end of useful life or to replace less efficient existing equipment.

Small Business Programs - Incentives for retrofit projects cover up to 35% of the project cost (50% for lighting). New equipment and construction incentives cover up to 75% of the incremental cost for the most efficient options or buy down to a one year payback whichever is less.

0% On Bill Financing - You can borrow up to $50,000 per project for 12 to 60 months. Loans must be used to purchase and install qualifying energy-efficient equipment.
